Sam Docker is a commercial and advertising photographer based in Derby and has worked for a variety of brands and agencies across differing business sectors from London, Manchester and the Midlands.

Sam has 8 years of experience working throughout the UK as a freelance photographer, producing a high level of creative photography and providing brands with an individual and personalised library of images. Sam specialises in creating bespoke imagery for businesses that allow them to showcase their offering, whilst giving their brand an authentic identity and personality rarely achieved through stock imagery.

Sam has worked for a variety of businesses and business sectors, ranging from restaurants and bars, industrial and corporate, to fashion and lifestyle brands. Working on-site or in studios for brands and agencies, Sam works across the UK and Europe, regularly undertaking shoots with clients based in London, Manchester and Birmingham.

ALBERTS SCHLOSS - MANCHESTER

A commission of work for the Bavarian themed restaurant Alberts Schloss in Manchester, taken over a collection of days to document the venues impressive setting, the kitchen and staff, alongside the amazing food and drinks on offer.

GORE-TEX - MANCHESTER

Pep Guardiola hosting a training session to promote the launch of a new range of waterproofs for Gore-Tex. In collaboration with 1000Heads Agency at Manchester City's Etihad training academy.

PRACTICAL MINDS - NOTTINGHAM

An industrial photography project for Practical Minds, documenting behind the scenes work from their Nottingham based factory. In conjunction with Alt Design, the images were used to build a new website and to promote the business across social media.

PIEMINISTER - UK

Bristol based pie maker Pieminister asked Sam to visit 3-4 restaurants across the UK to document new store openings, showcasing staff's personalities, the new dishes and deserts on offer, along with existing classics.

TOPGOLF - LONDON

Topgolf UK have worked with Sam over several shoots in London to develop a range of images designed to appeal to a younger and non-golf playing demographic. Images were used across social media channels, website updates and through POS digital signs on-site.

WILSON VALE - LEICESTERSHIRE

A brand new headquarters for Wilson Vale, used to centrally manage the chain of restaurants and offices they cater for on a daily basis. The images were used to promote the new site through a PR campaign.

With a background in the creative industry along with extensive photography and lighting experience, Sam is able to adapt his style to meet a variety of photography briefs and is also comfortable in providing creative input into the overall design process.
